With the sport's popularity skyrocketing across all age groups, it's no surprise that homeowners are considering incorporating pickleball courts into their properties. But does it really add value to your home, or is it just a passing trend? 1. Understanding the Appeal of Pickleball Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. The sport's rising popularity means that potential homebuyers—particularly in luxury markets—are looking for unique, active lifestyle amenities.
